 Dear Mr. Xuma,

Congratulations on your selection as a presenter for the 2008 Preschool Science Symposium to be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Boynton Beach High School. I welcome your participation in this important event and hope that you find it to be both a meaningful and productive experience.

You have been scheduled to present the following:

Session Title: As per Schedule: Zeroing in Underground Energy Technologies

Session Description: A PowerPoint Presentation

From: Time: 9:45-12:30 (three 55 min. sessions with 10 min. passing time)

In Room Number: # 5130  ( please check when you sign in to make sure your room number has not changed)

Boynton Beach High school is located on High Ridge Boulevard in Boynton Beach, Florida. If you are traveling on Interstate 95, exit on Gateway Boulevard, go west to the light at the bottom of the overpass, and turn left onto High Ridge Boulevard which leads to the school entrance. If you are coming east on Gateway Boulevard, do not turn on Park Ridge Boulevard. Travel on to High Ridge Boulevard which is located at the light just before the Interstate 95 overpass. Turn right on High Ridge, the school is just past the Publix Market. Upon your arrival, please check in at the presenter’s registration table located in the school’s cafeteria. At that time, you will be given a map to locate your room. Please check in 30 minutes before your scheduled presentation time.

Each room should have a white board (please bring your own markers), projection screen and internet access.  Unfortunately audio visual equipment can not be provided, so please bring any equipment and/or materials you need to conduct your session(s). Use the following information when planning your session(s): session(s) will be 55 minutes long with 30-35 participants expected at each. Please use the 5 minutes passing time at the end of the session(s) for changing rooms and setting up or breaking down as needed.
